Consider this: Most tea is picked from the plant and then dried - never undergoing a washing process, so the first time the tea leaves are washed is when they are in your cup!

Many teas are grown in countries where pesticides and herbicides are not monitored or regulated, like the agricultural products in North America or Western Europe. The founders of Fraser Tea decided in the very beginning that they would offer only USDA Certified Organic Tea to our customers.

Ensuring our products are truly organic and certified was a founding principle of Fraser Tea. It's important to us to package teas and blends that have not been altered by potentially harmful chemicals. Drinking tea should be a pure experience. We work to maintain that by offering only truly certified organic tea.

Organic Teas use no chemicals like pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, or chemical fertilizers, to grow or process the tea after it is harvested. Instead, farmers use natural processes to create a sustainable tea crop, like the solar-powered or sticky bug catchers pictured below. Fraser Tea wants this purity to show in every delicious cup -- a tea you can feel good about drinking.
